Kemény Armand Multimedia LaboratoryHead : V.L. Frenyó DVM, PhDStaff: The Multimedia Laboratory is named after Prof. Armand Kemény, who was teacher of animal physiology until 1973. He was the author of the first Hungarian textbook on animal physiology. The laboratory was founded in 1992 and was the first of its kind to be used in higher education in Hungary. The lecture material provided by the laboratory is based on Computer Aided Learning (CAL) and Multimedia Teaching. Browsing the multimedia courses in three languages, the students can extend their physiological knowledge. These multimedia physiological lessons were developed by Prof. Péter Rudas and other staff members. The material is made available on CD-ROM. Multimedia environmentHardware:Workbenches for 8-24 students, Netserver Software: We use the Asymetrix Multimedia Toolbook 3.0 for developing and reading the courses.
